Is at 10.00am on the morning of your departure we ask that you please vacate your room and all cars are removed from the front of the property by this time.
No Takeaway Food in Bedrooms
We ask that you do not bring take away meals back to your room.
Noise
Please be considerate towards fellow guests staying at Bramblewick by coming and going quietly at night.
Payment
Will be taken in full on the day of arrival either via cash or debit/credit card.
Parking
Any vehicle parked at the front of the property is left at owner’s risk.
Damage to Property
Including stains on bed clothes and towels that cannot be removed will be charged for.
No Smoking
By law, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Please do not smoke as you will be asked to leave with no refund, plus additional charges for cleaning/damages. If you wish to smoke, there is an ashtray located to the side of the external steps.
Security
We request that you lock your rooms when you go out and take your room key with you as we close the outer front door later in the day. No responsibility can be accepted for personal items.
We reserve the right to ask guests who do not comply with these terms and conditions to leave.
