Terms and Conditions
Please note due to the Corona Virus Pandemic we have amended our terms of stay and cancellation policy. This will provide our guests with peace of mind in making a reservation.
Our terms for booking are as below, however if we are forced to close due to government instruction then no deposit will be taken and the following cancellation terms will not be enforced.
However in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel your reservation with us then the following terms apply:
Within two weeks prior to arrival date – 50% of total booking value will be due.
Within one week prior to arrival date – 75% of total booking value will be due.
Within three days prior to arrival date – 100% of total booking value will be due.
Our General Terms and Conditions of Stay are:
Payment should be made in full prior to arrival.
Full payment will be debited from submitted credit/debit card on the day prior to arrival.
No responsibility can be accepted for personal items unless handed to us for safe keeping.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Vehicles are parked on our forecourt at owners risk and should be moved by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Any damage to our property by guests during their stay will be charged for accordingly.
Bramblewick is totally non smoking, and anyone suspected of smoking anywhere within the building will be asked to leave immediately (no refund will be given).
Deposits are non refundable.
No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay.
